Butterhead and oakleaf lettuces, arugula, baby kale, Genovese basil, custom blends. Grown on our Charleston farm and delivered to restaurants, wholesalers, and specialty retailers. Consistent volume, no off-season.

A grow your guests can see.

Genovese basil for the pasta station, mint at the bar, shishito peppers and edible flowers for the plate. A managed Tower running in your courtyard or on the patio. We install, plant, and tend it. Pair it with wholesale when a Tower can't cover the volume.

Basil for the pasta, parsley for the eggs, cherry tomatoes the kids will steal. A Gingerly Tower planted and tended by us, living outside in the sun. We come back every week or two. You walk out, snip, go cook.
